The Bucks didn’t show up for last night’s game in Philly. The Bucks only shot 38% from the floor last night and they were outrebounded 45-33 by the Sixers. Royal Ivey led the way for the Bucks with 17 points and 6 rebounds. Maurice Williams pitched in with 14 points, 2 rebounds and 2 assists. Charlie Villanueva added 10 points and 5 rebounds in only 21 minutes on the court. The Bucks are now 18-29 on the season.

It’s amazing that the Bucks stayed as close as they did Tuesday Night when you consider that the Bucks only shot 37.5% from the floor and they were outrebounded 50-40. Royal Ivey led the way for the Bucks with 19 points, 3 rebounds, 6 assists and 2 steals. Bobby Simmons pitched in with 14 points, 4 rebounds, 2 assists and 2 steals. Maurice Williams also had a decent game with 14 points, 4 rebounds and 8 assists. The Bucks are now 18-28 on the season.

The Bucks outlasted the Wizards earlier today in overtime. Maurice Williams did a great job of running the Bucks offense as he finished with 25 points, 5 rebounds, 5 assists and 3 steals. Andrew Bogut was awesome around the basket as he finished with 18 points, 15 rebounds and 6 assists. Charlie Bell was outstanding off of the bench as he finished with 22 points, 6 rebounds and 6 assists. Royal Ivey had another solid game at point guard for the Bucks as he finished with 17 points, 2 rebounds, 6 assists and 3 steals. The Bucks are now 18-27 on the season.

Toronto Raptors 106, Milwaukee Bucks 75

The Bucks really came out of the locker room flat in the 2nd half as the Raptors pounded them 59-33 to explain the blowout loss. Michael Redd led the way for the Bucks with 12 points, 3 rebounds and 2 steals. Charlie Villanueva was outstanding off of the bench with 12 points and 7 rebounds in only 15 minutes. Royal Ivey pitched in with 10 points and 2 assists off of the bench. The Bucks are now 17-27 on the season after this loss.

The Bucks wanted this game more than the Pacers last night as they outscored them 30-19 in the 4th quarter to seal a nice win last night. Michael Redd led the way for the Bucks with 37 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists. Andrew Bogut was tough around the basket with 17 points, 7 rebounds, 3 assists and 3 blocked shots. Bobby Simmons was also active with 16 points, 8 rebounds, 3 assists and 3 steals. The Bucks improved to 17-26 on the season with this win.

Desmond Mason out until late February for the Milwaukee Bucks

Starting small forward Desmond Mason will be out until late February after he had surgery to repair a torn ligament in his left thumb. Mason has played in 25 games this season for the Bucks and he is averaging 26.1 minutes, 8.0 points, 3.9 rebounds and 1.7 assists per game. Bobby Simmons has replaced Mason in the starting lineup. Simmons has played in 33 games this season and he’s averaging 22.8 minutes, 7.0 points, 3.1 rebounds and 1.2 assists per game.

The Bucks have lost backup center Jake Voskuhl indefinately with a injured right hip. Voskuhl has played in 24 games so far this season and he’s averaging 9.9 minutes, 3.0 points, 2.4 rebounds and 0.5 assists per game. Voskuhl has shot the ball extremely well so far this season as he’s shooting 57.4% from the floor and 81% from the free throw line. Look for Dan Gadzuric and Charlie Villanueva to pick up extra minutes with Voskuhl out.
