The Bucks need their starting lineup to stay healthy which it didn’t last season and it doomed them. Maurice Williams was re-signed to lead the offense for the Bucks as the starting point guard. Williams played in 68 games (all starts) last season for the Bucks and he averaged 36.4 minutes, 17.3 points, 4.8 rebounds, 6.1 assists and 1.2 steals per game. Michael Redd was outstanding when he played last season and the Bucks need him to stay healthy. He played in 53 games (all starts) last season for the Bucks and he averaged 38.4 minutes, 26.7 points, 3.7 rebounds, 2.3 assists and 1.2 steals per game. The Bucks have brought back Desmond Mason as a free agent to start at small forward. Mason played in 75 games (all starts) for the Hornets last season and he averaged 34.3 mintues, 13,7 points, 4.6 rebounds and 1.5 assists per game. First round pick Yi Jianlian finally agreed to sign with the Bucks after they promised him a starting job. He better be as good as advertised or Bucks fans will target him for a lot of boos. Andrew Bogut will man the center position again for the Bucks and they need him to step up his game. He played in 66 games (all starts) for the Bucks last season and he averaged 34.2 minutes, 12.3 points, 8.8 rebounds and 3.0 assists per game. He has shot outstanding from the floor (55.3%) but he needs to convert more free throws (57.7%).
